RC Heli - Copter-X 450 Pro Kit
After owning several RC Helicopters brand Align, I decided to buy this Copter-X 450 Pro which is a clone of the T-Rex 450 Pro Align. The build was fun and straight forward. It flew well, however, it cannot be used for hard 3D flying.
My skill level never got to that level, so this was a fun 450 Heli to fly around and try new maneuvers.

Trex-600 ESP Scale with AGUSTA A-109 Fuselage. 100A CC ESC and motorized retracts.
This scale heli still had a flybar for stabilization.

RC Heli - Bell 206L 1:4 Scale Electric
This was definitely the most aggressive RC heli project I started. Being a 1:4 Scale, this thing was huge. I was able to get work on the fuselage, but I did not have any local resources for paint.
Most of the work I did was on the mechanics as this was a very tailored kit. I was eventually able to get the heli to fly which as pod & boom as you can see in the video. Unfortunately, I had to abandon this project as I did not have a vehicle big enough to haul around or a field close enough to fly it.
